Some of you may have heard the recent buzz about Nike developing models for a future release of the Marty McFly sneakers from back to the future. According to a friend of mine who works for Nike, they are said to have power laces just like the ones from the film. At first I was VERY skeptical of the overall story & especially the part about the power laces. Of course until I saw the video above. It depicts a technology that is exactly what one would imagine. Watch it & witness the world being one step closer to the Marty Mcfly.

@Wale is back to save the day!
As you may or may not know, I am a major fan & avid listener of Wale’s music. Most of you all only know Wale from the remix of his DC Anthem “Nike Boots” that features the “money feature” of that year Lil Wayne. Me on the other hand, I became a fan after listening to The Mixtape About Nothing about 75 times two summers ago. When I first heard it took a while to get used to his spitfire polysyllabic delivery but once I did, I was captured by the depth of his lyrics and range of subjects.
The video above is a trailer for the release of a new installment in Wale’s portfolio of classic mixtapes called “More About Nothing”. Its schedule to release August 3rd which is conveniently close to the tentative release of The Payoff Brand’s first pieces. Taking its place alongside Paint A Picture, Hate is The New Love, 100 Miles & Running, The Mixtape About Nothing, & Back To The Feature, this mixtape is sure to be an “eargasm” provider. I haven’t smoked in a while & I’m looking forward to rolling a fat doobie as I press play on what I expect to me nothing short of a slam.
*Wale mentions The Board Administration in the video, that I mentioned in my earlier post on Fat Trel & Black Cobain. I’ve got my fingers crossed for a feature or two from those dudes on the tape as well.*
